Sapotech develops machine vision solutions that combine image processing, illumination and deep learning-based algorithms to monitor and assess metallurgical processes across all temperature ranges. Its Reveal PLATFORM integrates hardware, software and AI for real-time visualisation, data acquisition, analysis and storage, alongside the Reveal CAST and Reveal TAP products. Customers include steel, aluminium, ferrochromium, nickel and copper producers, with applications such as surface inspection on grinding machines, plate profile measurement in hot rolling mills and monitoring of molten metal processes. The products can be provided as a continuous service including system use and maintenance, with a 6-month assessment period available.
