Okmetic

Okmetic supplies customised silicon wafers (150-200 mm, with partner-made 300 mm and epi wafers) to semiconductor manufacturers. Its portfolio includes SSP and DSP polished wafers, bonded and cavity SOI, high-resistivity RF wafers, patterned and TSV wafers. Crystal growing and wafer production take place at its Vantaa site, where a fab expansion entered volume production in 2026.
