Elcoflex designs and manufactures electronic components and sub-assemblies from prototypes to mass production, using roll-to-roll processes in Finland. Its products include HF, UHF, Bluetooth and UWB antennas, flexible printed circuits on polyimide, PET, LCP or PEN, LED substrates, printed sensors, smart labels, and industrial display and keyboard modules. Processes include screen printing, etching, exposure, SMD mounting, ACF bonding, conformal coating and FPC testing. A second production site in Suzhou, China focuses on SMT, manual assembly and back-end processing.
