3DStep produces metal and polymer components by industrial additive manufacturing, from single prototypes and critical spare parts to series production. Metal parts are made by laser powder bed fusion (materials such as 316L, AlSi10Mg, Ti6Al4V, Inconel 718) and polymer parts by HP Multi Jet Fusion and SLS. An in-house design team offers design for additive manufacturing, including topology optimisation and part consolidation, and post-processing covers heat treatment, machining, coating and assembly. The company works with manufacturing, process industry and defence organisations in the Nordics and Baltics and holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
